Overall Job Function

Provide efficient and useful technical assistance on IT Systems to colleagues focusing on, but not limited to the development and engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolving questions and queries on IT issues
  • Installing and configuring appropriate hardware and software for users
  • First point of contact for Engineering and Development teams seeking assistance and support
  • Perform troubleshooting via diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Manage, follow-up and update tasks and ticket status and information
  • Skills in Windows, Linux, SQL, Development Tools and Industrial Networking

Job Requirements

  • MS SQL and Linux Certification and 1 year working experience in Windows, SQL and Linux Environment
  • Highly driven person who can ensure the organization’s technology, services, network and security are working effectively
  • Must be customer-oriented and patient when under pressure
  • Understand technical problems or requests and can resolve these issues by providing advice or solutions
  • Good understanding of MS Windows, MS SQL, virtualization and Linux
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Administration
  • Basic knowledge of Helpdesk Systems (ServiceNow)
