- Represent Thales AEC organization and carries out all assigned servicing duties on the field as per one of our major customer at Chicago (US)
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve concerns, maintain accurate records, provide technical support, and collaborate with Thales AEC other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide basic technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed on Thales AEC Aero Satcom products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist customer with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customer
- Interact with the customer on after-sales performance issues
- Aero Satcom technical background is appreciated with a strong experience and knowledge in the Aerospace Industry
- Experience of Customer Support is fully appreciated
- Knowledge and experience on aero aftermarket
- Problem solver and ability to work in a fast pace environment
