Responsible for writing and maintaining test scripts for complex aeronautical products and internally developed test jigs using an in-house developed test writing tool.

Job Responsibilities
- Write and maintain production and verification test scripts, using an in-house developed test writing tool, for aeronautical products as specified by the design and system engineers.
- Write and maintain scripts using batch tools like Jenkins.
- Follow formal software life cycle and release processes.
- Perform debugging of production test failures, analysis of test results, including the use of SQL and other tools.
Job Requirements
- National Diploma in Electronics or any relevant technical or software qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an electronics development, production or support environment or any relevant technical or software development environment
- Ability to understand and translate the functionality and interaction between complex hardware systems into automated test scripts
- A working knowledge of basic software programming principles (conditional logic, loops, variables etc.)
- Working experience in:
- Complex electronic systems
- Java Script, Python, VB Script or any other scripting language
- Experience in the following would be advantageous:
- SQL
- Continuous integration tools, e.g. Jenkins
- Version control tools, e.g. SVN.
