Job Overview

  • Technical support on Thales Aerospace Communications products
  • Solve customer concerns or coordinate problem-solving activities
  • Technical follow-up of equipment in service
  • Support major airlines
  • Ensure customer satifaction on all our civil and military programs
  • Escalation of Support Cases to the Service and Support Manager
  • Interacting/meeting/support with customers
  • Interact with key customers on after-sales performance issues
  • Visit customers and/or assist to exhibitions in APAC
  • Technical Pre-sales support to the Sales personnel
  • Manage customers via phone, email, remote desktop adn interact with multiple internal departments

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical background (BSc. or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace Industry
  • Experience of Customer Support is fully appreciated
  • Knowledge and experience on aero aftermarket
  • Problem solver and ability to work in a fast pace environment
